First day after release


So today marks the first day of working on this game after initial release. We have a lot of content planned for the game but would like to share what is being worked on right now.

The main thing we are doing is bug fixing.  Here is a list of the bugs we know about and are working to fix:

  • Plant prompt should only be visable if you have any of the crops you are currently holding
  • The shop UI has been left as the origional placeholder UI. This will be fixed
  • Adding a pop up that asks if you would like to close the game when pressing 'esc'
  • Adding a prompt that tells you to press 'E' to close the shop
  • Adding a controls menu
  • Introduction screen instead of an optional help screen so everyone knows what to do in the game without having to flick through menus
  • Adding functionality so the player can leave enemy farms through all exits instead of one designated exit
  • Finding a way to restrict movement outside of enemy farms so the player doesn't wander into a void
  • Adding random farm name generation to the enemy farms for more variety and personality

We also have a big update planned already that will add more content for you. We know there is somewhat of an issue standing around all day, waiting for crops. We hope to address this with this major update.

We will be able to post a release time for this next patch shortly so you can play our game in the current state, bug free.
